Are you looking at Zillow, Realtor.com or BisManOnline to search homes for sale in our area? If you are, you will find that the homes are sometimes pending by the time you see them online. This is because these 3rd party websites pull homes for sale from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the system REALTORS® use. It can take up to 24 hours for a property to pull from the MLS to these 3rd party websites, which is sometimes too late in our market.
